Not a good sign. I don’t think any statistics have been released but from what I’ve heard a lot of not the majority of COVID-19 cases that go on the ventilator don’t come off alive.
I hope I’m wrong on that though.

From what I have heard, if you go on a ventilator because of the virus, you only have a 20% chance of survival.

This virus seems to be that way: either it lets you off the hook easy, or once you know you’re sick you take a massive turn for the worse.
I saw a doctor describe talking to a patient who seemed in pretty good shape , and then next day he was dead.
